Effective 17 October 2026

Cookie Notice

This notice explains the browser storage ChurchHub uses, what is essential, and how optional categories will be handled if they are introduced.

Current use

The ChurchHub public website does not currently use optional analytics, advertising or cross-site marketing cookies. We therefore do not show a banner asking for consent to tools that are not present.

Essential storage

The application may use cookies or browser storage required for authentication, security, session continuity, saved organisation/branch choices, interface preferences and functions a user requests. Disabling this storage can prevent sign-in or normal application operation.

Optional categories

If analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, they will remain off until the applicable preference or consent has been recorded. The preference interface already separates Essential, Analytics and Marketing so optional tools do not become essential by implementation accident.

Authentication providers

ChurchHub authentication and an external identity provider such as Google, when enabled, may use necessary cookies or browser storage during sign-in. Their processing is governed by the relevant provider terms and privacy information as well as the ChurchHub Privacy Policy.

Your controls

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to review the current categories. You can also clear browser storage through browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or remove saved workspace preferences.

Changes

This notice will be updated when storage practices or optional providers change. Material optional tracking will not be described as active only after the fact.
