Create or access your account
ChurchHub uses Django as the account and authorization authority. Email/password and Google, when enabled, lead into the same ChurchHub account bootstrap, where Django resolves your profile, memberships and permissions.
- 1Open the ChurchHub application.
- 2Choose Create an account, or Continue with Google.
- 3For email registration, open the confirmation message before returning to ChurchHub.
- 4After authentication, wait while ChurchHub checks your account state.
Use the password connected to your ChurchHub account, password recovery, or the Google identity linked to the same verified account where Google sign-in is enabled.
What happens after sign-in
A ready account opens its workspace. A new account opens onboarding. Multiple memberships open the organisation selector. Suspended access, an incomplete role, or subscription attention each open a specific explanation instead of being reported as a password failure.
Create your workspace
The onboarding form asks only for the organisation facts needed to establish the workspace. ChurchHub creates the technical foundation as one operation.
- 1Enter the church or organisation name.
- 2Choose the organisation type.
- 3Confirm the country and base reporting currency.
- 4Add contact details if they are ready.
- 5Select Create workspace once; do not refresh while it is working.
The same operation creates the Main Branch, Administrator role, founder membership and introductory trial. If any part fails, none of the workspace is kept.
Complete the first checks
Before inviting a wider team, review the organisation profile and the boundaries that determine where people can work.
- 1Open Settings → Profile and confirm the organisation identity.
- 2Open Settings → Branches and review the Main Branch.
- 3Open Settings → Users and invite only the initial administrators.
- 4Open Settings → Roles and confirm the access each role provides.
- 5Open Settings → Plan to review the trial and capacity.
Organisation profile, branch, user and role changes require the relevant settings permissions.
Choose the right context
The organisation, branch and workspace shown in the account switcher control the scope of the pages you open. Check them before entering records. Branch-scoped users see only their assigned branch; organisation-scoped administrators can choose among permitted branches.
