Effective 17 October 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ChurchHub. A separately signed order, enterprise agreement or data-processing agreement may add to or override relevant parts of these terms.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ChurchHub, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation whose workspace you administer.

2. The service

ChurchHub provides software for membership, attendance, giving, finance, ministries, events, communication, permissions, reporting and related administration.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

4. Organisation responsibility

Each organisation is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and appropriate use of the information it enters, and for configuring administrators, branches and permissions.

5. User responsibilities

Users must act within their authority, keep credentials private, respect confidentiality and use records only for legitimate organisational purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, attempt to cross tenant boundaries, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability or use ChurchHub to violate another person's rights.

7. Administrators and permissions

Organisation administrators control invitations, roles and branch scope. Stan Jay Solutions is not responsible for access granted by an authorised administrator unless the platform failed to enforce the configured controls.

8. Fees, trials and subscriptions

A published free trial does not require payment until its stated period expires. Paid features, limits, billing currency, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms are described in the selected plan or order. Unless an order says otherwise, continued paid use after a trial requires an active subscription.

9. Data ownership

Churches and organisations retain ownership of the information they enter into ChurchHub. Stan Jay Solutions does not acquire ownership of membership, attendance, financial or ministry records merely because they are stored in ChurchHub.

10. Availability

We work to keep ChurchHub available and reliable, but maintenance, provider incidents and events outside reasonable control can interrupt service. No uptime commitment applies unless stated in a signed agreement.

11. Security

We maintain proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. Organisations must also manage users, devices, exports and permissions responsibly.

12. Recovery and continuity

ChurchHub is designed to preserve durable records and recoverable archives. Specific backup retention, recovery objectives or continuity commitments apply only where expressly published or agreed in writing.

13. Third-party services

ChurchHub depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to external services. Their availability and separate terms may affect related features.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for security risk, unlawful use, material breach or unpaid fees. Commercial status normally progresses from active to past due, an applicable notice or grace period, restricted or suspended access, and only later termination. Data is not deleted merely because one payment attempt fails. Where practical, we provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

15. Intellectual property

ChurchHub software, branding and original product materials belong to Stan Jay Solutions or its licensors. These terms grant a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the software.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct losses and the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant period. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Service changes and data exit

We may improve, replace or retire features to keep the product secure and sustainable. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated through an appropriate channel. On termination, authorised organisations may request available exports during the applicable retention period; deletion then follows the agreement, Privacy Policy, audit needs and legal obligations.

18. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will show a new effective date. Material changes will be notified before they take effect where reasonably practicable.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stan Jay Solutions in Ghana, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights and any different law stated in a signed agreement.
